• 6 weeks of 1x/week Group Training Sessions (experience a deep-dive intensive of AWC support group model)

• 2 1-on-1 Private Coaching Sessions (to experience Private Coaching, Intakes, & Completion Calls model)

• Daily Whatsapp group chat available (where we digest, support, and reflect on weekly practices and homework challenges)
